Akiba-chan Figu-mation: July 2008!

Definitely an eye-candy for Japanese figurines collectors! The Moon Phase Diary website reports that Japanese television network Kidstation will broadcast the entire Akiba-chan series of ten 5 minute long “figu-mation” stop-motion animation anime episodes beginning July 24th. The comedy series made its public debut last summer when episodes 3 & 5 were officially released on YouTube. The characters were designed by famous moe artist Poyoyon Rock!
