C2Age Aims to WOW it's visitors

Organised by HELP University, 2012 marks the 6th year that
C2AGE
has been held, and this year it sets it aims higher as it looks to make it a much more bigger event. Acronymed from Cosplay, Comics, Anime and Games Exhibition, C2AGE aims to
“WOW” the crowds this year and thus why the theme for this year is World of Wonders, introducing the many facets of Japanese animations which has become a raging subculture in MAlaysia.
The event was launched last night by the Japanese Ambassador to Malaysia, HE Shigeru Nakamura and also graced by local singing sensation Shiomaru and the Singapore VIP, Star Princess. A small concert by DESU, Blue Tears and Shiomaru was held after the launching ceremony, no doubt entertaining the crowd there.
The exhibition is held on the 19th (today) and 20th May and highlights a lot of various anime collectibles, doujins and also live performances. There is a range of activities arranged for visitors such as Cosplay competitions, food competitions, concerts, treasure hunts, and competitions all, promising a lot of goodies as prizes.
The event it sponsored by Sony Pictures, VBG Network, Nozomi, Jrock no Tamashii and Tourism Selangor. It will be held from 11am to 7pm at Tropicana Mall, Damansara.
